Our archive boxes undergo strict quality control at the Belgian Packaging Institute every time they are delivered.
Among other things, they test how well they are resistant to moisture.
The sturdiness and quality of the cardboard are also examined under the magnifying glass.

Additional security
Would you like additional security for confidential documents? In this case, it is advisable to seal the boxes.
The seal is easy to attach to the box thanks to the specially provided hole and acts as a lock here.
This seal also has a unique number which makes misuse traceable.

Our boxes are provided with a section for the barcode and space for any comments you wish to add yourself.
Tip(!): do not include a company name on the box to preserve your anonymity.
A standard-size Merak archive box can accommodate four to five (wide) ring binders. You can order them online, they are available in packs of 25, incl. covers.

Tests in lab
Samples of our boxes are regularly tested by the Belgian Packaging Institute. This includes checking the PH value. But resistance to moisture is also tested.
