How do we digitise your archive?
Of course, your digital archive should be as straightforward and easy to use as possible. That's why we work with you to see how we can organise this. We start by sitting down together to reach an agreement on:
- The folder structure
- The name of the indexes (metadata or search terms)
That is up to you!
We can grant access rights per archive and per user. This gives you complete control over who can and cannot access the documents.
Applications
With Merak Archive Online (MAO), you can keep your online archive up-to-date, whenever and wherever you want. You can quickly store a digital copy of your documents in our cloud. Plus, your digital documents are there for as long as you want: your data will never be erased unless you explicitly ask for it.
You can keep both paper-based and scanned documents in your digital archive. It also allows you to store digital-born documents, those which already existed in digital form.

- Our web viewer will show you your PDF and tiff files immediately. Other files open in their associated program (Excel, Word...).
