Who may pass on instructions to Merak?

Passing on instructions (requests for additional shipments, changes to rotation schedules) and signing documents can only be done by an authorised known person at Merak.
Before the operational start-up, a proxy list is drawn up together with the customer, listing the persons who may be considered as proxies from then on.
Every time a document is applied for or received, verification is carried out on the basis of the signature or by checking the applicant's ID card.
