Do I have to sign separately for agreement for destruction?

Following digitisation, Merak will proceed to destroy all original materials (documents/information carriers) delivered to Merak as part of the order. The customer will no longer receive any prior notification or destruction list, and the offer signed by the customer will be regarded as the destruction order. If the customer wishes only part of the original materials (documents/information carriers) to be destroyed after digitisation, this must be notified to Merak in writing prior to the order and an adapted quotation must be drawn up and signed.
