What if the specified volume does not match the order?

As soon as the archives arrive at the Merak scanning centre, our technical staff evaluate the contents of the boxes.

Are there then any major discrepancies compared to your order?
If so, we will contact you to discuss this with you.

What if you do not wish to accept our offer?
No problem. In that case we will return the boxes to your company free of charge.

What will be billed?
Merak undertakes to charge only the specified budget after validation of the archives received.
