Is my archive confidential with Merak?
Yes.
Confidentiality is our war-horse.
This is the path that your archives follow:
- Your archives are packed into anonymous boxes with a unique barcode. This is the only way to identify a box.
- Transport to the Merak archive, unless you do it yourself, is done by Merak personnel who are solely responsible for it.
- Upon arrival in the Merak archive, the Archive Manager takes over. The boxes are distributed by the computer over the warehouse according to the space available, the size and the weight of the boxes.
- Once at their destination, the boxes are manually placed in the archives by the archive staff.
- Your anonymous archive is thus spread between tens of thousands of identical boxes that can only be identified using the Merak inventory system.
- If this is not enough, Merak offers you an option of even a glued box seal with unique control number.
