Box@Home, your new smart partner to store business assets worry-free

Many offices are filled with stuff that is not frequently used: trade fair material, stock items, company souvenirs, folders or promotional material. Not only does all this take up a lot of space, it often just gets in the way. And extra business space costs an arm and a leg. That's why Merak is now offering a new service: Box@Home, a new service in partnership with Merak, has long been the reference for secure and reliable records management. Box@Home gives businesses the ability to store office supplies remotely, with complete peace of mind, in the best possible conditions.

“The idea was actually born after a lot of contact with customers,” explains Nicolas Uyttenhove, Sales & Marketing Manager at Box@Home. “We were often asked by existing customers whether we could keep other things besides their archives. That's how the ball started to roll, and in the meantime we're proud to introduce Box@Home."

How does it work?

The principle of Box@Home is simple. Nicolas Uyttenhove: “Companies or organisations have a choice of three different boxes: Small (1 m³), Medium (5 m³) and Large (6 m³). The boxes are delivered to the company at a time and day of its choice, ready for filling. The comfortable length, height and width make loading and stacking effortless. Is the box full? Professionals will pick them up in the office and companies will be freed from unnecessary business materials. Everything is then stored neatly in our storage rooms."

“If someone needs something out of the box at some point, for example because the annual fair is coming up or because some promotional material or a company leaflet has to be sent, the box can be easily recalled via our website to get the stuff out of the box. Of course, something can also be added to the box at any time. Then we'll take the box back to the storage room."

Secure storage

The storage of the boxes is done in the very best conditions and according to the highest safety standards. “The storage areas are protected and are controlled for temperature and moisture. All items are stored in the right climate and are protected from water, fire and pests," says Nicolas Uyttenhove.

In practice

Box@Home is currently available in Brussels, Flanders and Walloon Brabant. The other regions will follow later, so that every company in Belgium can use this service.

The items are stored in a Small Box for 9.60 euros per month. For the Medium Box and the Large Box, the monthly prices are 43.08 euros and 58.53 euros respectively. For more information, please visit www.boxathome.be.
