- The barcodes you receive from us are necessary to make your archive anonymous, but still 100% easy to trace.

We will collect your archive boxes.
Once your archive boxes are filled, you can contact us for the collection. Our own couriers will pick up your boxes. They too work entirely in accordance with the established procedures.
Barcode scanning:
- Our courier will scan every barcode on the box. This ensures that the boxes are automatically recorded and are 100% traceable from that point on.
- We will transport your boxes to our archive rooms and deliver you a digital receipt immediately. That way, you'll know exactly which archives we've taken.
Your archive can always be consulted.
When you choose remote archiving, you can still view, retrieve or manage your records as needed. A standard solution is to contact us for this by phone, e-mail or the contact form on our website.Prefer even more control over your archive? We have solutions for that too. Our Merak Archive Online (MAO) is an application designed by us that allows you to access your documents in a highly secure online environment.
